Back-End Java Developer

We are looking for aBack-End Java Developer to join our team and work on high-impact projects in a hybrid work model with flexibility.

Work Model

• First 90 days: Office days onTuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday
• After 90 days: Option to reduce to2 office days per week (based on performance)
• Home office:Monday and Friday

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience inJava 8+ and Spring Boot (microservices)
• 2+ years of experience insoftware architecture (scalability, reliability, design patterns)
• 5+ years working withSQL databases
• Experience withGit, GitHub, Jira, Confluence, IntelliJ or similar tools
• Strong knowledge ofAgile/Scrum methodologies
• Experienceleading technical teams, with concrete examples of leadership in projects
• Fluent English (B2+), mandatory, used daily
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field (mandatory)

Nice to Have

• Experience withPL/SQL
• Worked withCloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure)
• Knowledge ofAngular
• Experience withDocker and Kubernetes
