Utility Worker

We are seeking a Utility Worker to join our clients' team. The Utility Worker Technician will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and overall appearance of the buildings and grounds. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual who enjoys working with their hands and takes pride in keeping their workplace looking its best.

Responsibilities:

• Perform a variety of maintenance tasks such as cleaning, setting up rooms for events, removing debris, changing light bulbs, and replacing paper products in bathrooms to maintain the cleanliness and attractiveness of our buildings and grounds.
• Prepare units for occupancy by cleaning and ensuring all fixtures and appliances are in working order.
• Assist others in structural, plumbing, and electrical maintenance tasks under close supervision.
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude while interacting with tenants and coworkers.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1-2 years of experience in maintenance or related field preferred.
• Knowledge of basic maintenance tasks such as cleaning, painting, and light carpentry.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods of time.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
