Duration: January to April 2027

Hours: Full Time
Relocation: Not Available.  Local Candidates preferred

TheAR Intern will support the ARDepartment processes and collections for JohnsonElectric North America.

What You’ll Be Doing:

The statements below are not intented to be an exhaustive list of all responsiblities and activities required for this position.  They describe the general nature and level of work being performed by the employee for this position. 

• Investigateinvoices not paid including following up with external and internal customers 

• Tracking andreportingregarding samples 

• Reconcile customer accounts 

• Assist with assemblingdata to support various reporting to management including monthly, quarterly, and annual reports. 

• Maintain documentation for compliance reporting and audits 

• Assist with audit requests both internal and external 

• Communication andwork cross functionally with other groups including Sales, Quality,Customer Service, Engineering, andheadquarters in Hong Kong.

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degreein Accounting, Finance or currently pursuing a degree with expected graduationwithin the next year.  

• Knowledge of basic accounting procedures 

• Microsoft Excel Proficiency -experience with bringing data together from different systems into excel spreadsheets,andperform variance analysis.  

• Experience usingOracle and Salesforce software (preferred) 

• Organizational skills 

• Communication skills
