• Developandexecuteshortandlong-termsalesstrategiestoachievegrowthtargetswithintheAppliedSolutionsbusiness.

• Identify,pursue,andsecureprofitablenewbusinessopportunitiesacrossyourterritory.

• Buildstrongrelationshipswithkeystakeholders,includingconsultants,contractors,endusers,owners,governmentagencies,anddevelopers.

• InfluenceprojectspecificationstoincludeJohnsonControlsAppliedproducts,systems,andsolutions.

• Leadthepreparationandsubmissionofcompellingsalesproposals,tenders,andcommercialsubmissionsinaccordancewithcompanypoliciesandprocesses.

• Deliversecuredsales,revenue,andgrossmargintargetsalignedwithbusinessobjectives.

• Providemarketintelligence,industryinsights,andstrategicrecommendationstosupportfuturegrowthinitiatives.

• MaintainarobustsalespipelineandaccurateforecastingthroughSalesforce(SFDC).

• Collaboratewithinternalteamstodeliverexceptionalcustomeroutcomesandmaximisecustomersatisfaction.
