Team Introduction

The Live Streaming team is dedicated to building a vibrant and engaging ecosystem for our global users. We focus on understanding user needs through data-driven insights and executing localized operational strategies to drive user retention, engagement, and monetization. As part of this team, you will play a key role in managing the user lifecycle and optimizing growth for our entertainment live-streaming business in international markets.

Responsibilities

• Drive user operations for overseas Chinese users on the live streaming platform, developing and implementing growth strategies to achieve revenue targets.
• Manage the end-to-end user lifecycle by identifying user pain points and needs through data analysis and research.
• Implement strategies across the conversion funnel—from acquisition and retention to monetization—to continuously grow the engaged user base and improve Lifetime Value (LTV).
• Organize and execute large-scale online activities and campaigns to efficiently drive revenue growth.

Minimum Qualification(s)

• Bachelor's degree or above；3+ years of experience in user or product operations.
• Lifecycle user operations: Developing differentiated strategies across the entire user lifecycle—focusing on new user acquisition, retention and activation, monetization (for high-value users), and understanding user perceptions (regarding churned users)—with the aim of boosting user spending and retention.
• Efficiently organize online events to drive significant, scalable growth in user monetization depth.
• Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach and logical thinking.
• Proficiency in English as a working language is required to partner with global teams and regional partners.

Preferred Qualification(s)

• Hands-on experience in event operations for live streaming or overseas social networking products.
• Strong user insight and the ability to accurately grasp user psychology and analyze deep-seated needs.
