Position Summary

GreenMark Equipment is seeking a Used Equipment Evaluation Specialist to support our growing used equipment business. This role is responsible for determining accurate trade-in values for equipment across multiple product categories, including turf, compact construction, hay, and agricultural equipment.

The ideal candidate possesses strong analytical skills, equipment knowledge, and the ability to interpret market trends to make informed valuation decisions. This position serves as a key resource for the sales organization by providing consistent, competitive, and profitable equipment pricing recommendations.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate trade-in equipment and determine market values.
• Research industry trends, auction activity, wholesale markets, and competitor pricing.
• Provide trade valuation to sales personnel.
• Analyze equipment condition, age, hours, usage, and market demand.
• Support used equipment inventory profitability through accurate valuations.
• Maintain records and valuation data within dealership systems.
• Develop relationships with wholesale buyers and remarketing channels.
• Partner with sales and management teams to support strategic inventory decisions.
• Manage used inventory in product above to maintain top marketability

Qualifications

Qualifications

• 3+ years of dealership experience, preferably in a sales-related environment.
• Equipment industry experience preferred.
• Associate's or Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Strong mathematical and analytical abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
• John Deere Machine Finder Pro or equivalent experience preferred.
• Ability to interpret market data and make informed pricing decisions.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
