Your Role: 

We are looking for aUsed Cars Administrator to join ourSell Vehicles team and support the day-to-day administrative and operational activities related to the sale and delivery of used vehicles.

You will help coordinate vehicle documentation, customer financing, ownership transfers and after-sales processes, ensuring that information and documentation are accurate and up to date.

Your Responsibilities

• Support the day-to-day back-office activities of the Used Cars team.
• Manage and maintainvehicle and customer documentation throughout the sales process.
• Coordinate and follow up onvehicle ownership transfers and related documentation.
• Supportcustomer financing and loan applications, including communication with partner banks.
• Follow up with banks regarding applications, approvals and pending documentation.
• Supportvehicle preparation and after-sales processes when required.
• Assist withpurchase orders, invoices and other administrative documents related to vehicle sales and after-sales.
• Maintain accurate vehicle and customer information ininternal systems and Excel files.
• Communicate and coordinate with all departments to ensure a smooth sales and delivery process.

We value individuals who:

• Have1–2 years of experience in administration, back office, sales support, procurement or a similar role.
• Are organised, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks.
• Have good knowledge ofMS Office, especially Excel.
• Have strong communication, coordination and follow-up skills.
• Are comfortable working withdata, documentation and internal systems.
• Have aproactive and hands-on approach.
• Experience inautomotive, banking/financing, vehicle administration or sales support is a plus.
• A genuineinterest in cars is also a plus.
