What you'll do...

Role summary:
The (USA) Senior Quality Engineer will lead the design, development, and execution of comprehensive testing strategies to ensure product quality and compliance with customer requirements. This role involves applying industry-standard test frameworks, automation tools, and root cause analysis to identify and resolve defects efficiently. The position requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to support continuous improvement, risk assessment, and governance processes. The Senior Quality Engineer will contribute to maintaining high standards of system functionality, performance, and integration, while driving automation initiatives to enhance testing effectiveness and project delivery.

What you'll do:

Design and develop test cases and automation scripts aligned with business and technical requirements.
Execute functional, nonfunctional, and regression tests to ensure system performance and integration.
Identify, analyze, and document defects, performing root cause analysis to prevent recurrence.
Collaborate with stakeholders to map customer requirements into test objectives and ensure contract compliance.
Monitor project progress, provide status updates, and support continuous integration and deployment processes.
Recommend and implement automation tools to enhance testing efficiency and quality.
Prepare detailed test reports and maintain test documentation following industry standards.

What you'll bring:

Proven expertise in test design, including knowledge of industry-standard test frameworks and documentation processes.
Experience with test automation tools and scripting to develop and maintain automated test scenarios.
Strong root cause analysis skills to identify defects and implement corrective actions effectively.
Ability to prepare and execute functional and nonfunctional test cases, including performance and integration testing.
Familiarity with traceability matrices, risk-based analysis, and defect management methodologies.
Competence in monitoring program metrics and supporting continuous integration and deployment processes.
Understanding of system functionality, data migration, and accessibility testing requirements.

The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00 - $155,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include Regional Pay Zone (RPZ) (based on location).
