About the team:
The Global API Partner Operations team manages the technical lifecycle of partners using Walmart Connect’s advertising APIs, ensuring seamless integration and steady growth. This team bridges the gap between partners and engineering by translating technical issues into business solutions and validating product releases proactively. With a proven model in onboarding, product validation, and partner success, the team is expanding globally to support international markets and Sam’s Connect. The Senior Manager will lead this growth, establishing and connecting new market teams while driving operational excellence, stakeholder collaboration, and scalable processes to enhance partner adoption and spend growth worldwide.
What you'll do:

Lead and develop teams through mentoring, training, and performance management to foster a collaborative work environment.
Evaluate and improve operational processes to enhance efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and customer satisfaction.
Utilize data analytics and financial insights to inform decision-making and align initiatives with strategic objectives.
Manage stakeholder relationships and communicate effectively across functions to support business goals.
Oversee onboarding and support for complex clients, ensuring seamless integration and service delivery.
Promote adherence to company policies, ethics, and compliance standards while encouraging continuous learning and innovation.

Proven expertise in managing multiple projects with a focus on operational excellence and process improvement.
Advanced skills in data analytics, reporting, and translating insights into actionable business strategies.
Demonstrated leadership in mentoring, coaching, and developing high-performing teams.
Exceptional relationship and stakeholder management capabilities across cross-functional and international teams.
Experience in client onboarding, systems integration, and enhancing customer service excellence.
Proficiency in program and project management, including risk assessment and contingency planning.

The annual salary range for this position is $108,000.00 - $216,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
