The Senior Manager, Private Brand Management, leads strategic initiatives to enhance brand performance and drive business growth. About the team:
The CAD Design team delivers print and graphic solutions that align with Walmart’s apparel and brand vision across categories. They develop seasonal prints, engineered layouts, and production-ready artwork balancing creativity, speed, and commercial impact. Collaborating closely with Design, the team transforms concepts into execution within a fast-paced environment. With strong market awareness, technical precision, and innovation, they create cohesive assortments and scalable print solutions supporting business goals and enhancing the customer experience. Adaptability, project management, and data analysis are essential to their success.
What you'll do:

Lead strategic discussions and influence cross-functional teams to advance private brand initiatives.
Utilize data analytics and business insights to develop cohesive narratives supporting brand growth.
Drive execution of product development strategies, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs.
Manage multiple projects by identifying priorities, removing obstacles, and adjusting plans to meet performance standards.
Build and maintain strong partnerships with internal and external stakeholders to enhance brand value.
Provide coaching and development opportunities to team members, fostering a high-performing environment.
Implement continuous improvements by leveraging new methodologies and technologies to optimize brand management.

Proven expertise in leading cross-functional discussions and influencing stakeholders with clarity and confidence.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage complex data and business insights to inform strategic decisions.
Demonstrated project management experience, including planning, organizing, and monitoring significant initiatives.
Ability to develop and communicate cohesive narratives supported by fact-based data analysis.
Skilled in building and maintaining effective partnerships with internal and external stakeholders.
Adaptability to navigate ambiguity and conflicting inputs while driving business outcomes.
Experience mentoring and developing team members to achieve performance goals.

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00 - $180,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
