Role summary:
Senior Manager, Advanced Analytics, in Store Delivery Design plays a pivotal role in how we service our stores with Grocery and General Merchandise. Connecting Merchandising, DC Operations, Transportation, and Store Operations, this role helps shape how and when we deliver the products our customers need. The role directly supports stores and DCs with day-to-day operational needs while designing and implementing innovative, strategic programs that position the business for future success. This includes determining how Supply Chain Automation transforms our delivery network. Success requires strong collaboration, leadership, communication, and analytical skills to influence stakeholders, solve complex problems, and drive meaningful change.
About the team:
The Omni Flow Planning - Store Delivery Design team plays a vital role connecting Distribution Centers, Transportation Operations, and stores. This team develops and executes delivery schedules tailored to various store formats, DC types, and commodity combinations. They provide expert guidance to resolve delivery configuration challenges while balancing service quality, financial factors, and compliance. Collaborating closely with stakeholders, the team optimizes delivery operations to support all stores and facilities efficiently. Their efforts drive continuous improvement and data-driven decision-making, enhancing overall business performance through advanced analytics and strategic project management.
What you'll do:

Partner with senior leadership to identify key business challenges and develop actionable analytics-driven solutions.
Lead and mentor a high-performing team to execute advanced analytics projects aligned with business objectives.
Oversee end-to-end management of complex analytics initiatives, including model development, prototyping, and validation.
Collaborate cross-functionally with business units and external partners to implement data-driven strategies.
Drive continuous improvement by evaluating analytics effectiveness and recommending enhancements.
Manage project risks, resources, and performance metrics to ensure successful delivery and business impact.
Foster a culture of learning, innovation, and ethical standards within the team.

What you'll bring:

Proven leadership experience managing and developing high-performing analytics teams.
Expertise in advanced analytics, data modeling, and algorithm development to drive business results.
Strong project management skills with the ability to lead complex, end-to-end initiatives.
Excellent collaboration and stakeholder management capabilities across cross-functional teams.
Ability to translate complex data insights into actionable strategic recommendations for senior leadership.
Effective communication skills to influence and inspire commitment and alignment.
Experience in risk management and issue resolution within analytics projects.

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00 - $180,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
