What you'll do...
- Lead execution of business plans by identifying needs, setting priorities, and removing obstacles to optimize performance.
- Develop and mentor team members through training, coaching, and performance evaluations to foster a collaborative work environment.
- Manage partner relationships by building effective partnerships, negotiating agreements, and addressing partner needs to maximize value.
- Oversee budget management, financial analysis, and contract renewals to ensure alignment with business goals.
- Implement process improvements and automation to enhance operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to evaluate initiatives, measure progress, and adjust strategies accordingly.
