What you'll do...
Role summary:The Manager, Quality Assurance Laboratory Testing, leads the execution and oversight of physical, mechanical, and performance testing to ensure product compliance and reliability. They collaborate with suppliers to validate product performance before production, driving quality initiatives and managing corrective and preventive actions. The team ensures manufacturing processes meet high standards through strong leadership and effective communication. They assess supplier performance, provide actionable feedback, and support process enhancements. What you'll do:
- Conduct and oversee physical, mechanical, and performance testing using standardized methods to ensure product compliance and reliability.
- Analyze test data and prepare detailed, traceable reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- Maintain laboratory instruments, ensuring calibration schedules are met and equipment performance is verified.
- Troubleshoot equipment issues and coordinate preventative maintenance to minimize downtime.
- Develop and maintain documentation for audits, certifications, and quality reviews.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align testing with business objectives.
- Provide technical guidance on testing protocols and quality standards.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance testing accuracy and operational efficiency.
What you'll bring:
- Proven expertise in testing methodology, quality control, and verification and validation processes.
- Strong project management skills to coordinate laboratory activities and ensure timely completion of assignments.
- Ability to analyze test data accurately and prepare detailed, traceable reports for stakeholders.
- Experience maintaining laboratory instruments and ensuring compliance with calibration and safety protocols.
- Skilled in troubleshooting equipment issues and implementing preventative maintenance measures.

The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00 - $155,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
