The Manager, Business Analysis and Insights leads the coordination and execution of analytical initiatives to support business strategies and stakeholder needs. About the team:
The Local Marketplace (LMP) team advances Walmart Marketplace’s local commerce by integrating leading brick-and-mortar retailers onto Walmart.com. Focused on enabling customers to access local store inventory through same-day pickup and delivery, LMP expands assortment and convenience while creating new growth channels for strategic retailers. The team collaborates cross-functionally to connect Marketplace demand with physical store networks, leveraging strong stakeholder engagement, data analysis, and project management skills. Together, they enhance Walmart.com’s position as a premier destination for local commerce by delivering value through innovative solutions and effective relationship management.
What you'll do:

Coordinate and oversee business analysis activities, ensuring alignment with customer and business needs.
Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to support plans and initiatives.
Provide data-driven insights and market research to inform strategic decisions.
Manage and analyze data for accuracy, trends, and compliance, delivering clear reports.
Lead and mentor associates, fostering accountability and continuous development.
Ensure adherence to company policies, ethics, and standards in all processes.
Identify improvement opportunities and promote the application of insights across teams.
Support efficient process management, documentation, and training initiatives.

What you'll bring:

Proven experience in business analysis and data-driven insights to support strategic decision-making.
Strong skills in stakeholder management and effective communication across cross-functional teams.
Expertise in data analysis, visualization, and reporting to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
Ability to develop and maintain relationships with key partners to align business objectives and initiatives.
Demonstrated accountability in managing processes, ensuring compliance, and driving continuous improvement.
Leadership capabilities in mentoring, coaching, and developing team members to achieve business goals.
Proficiency in leveraging analytical tools to extract, consolidate, and interpret complex data sets.

The annual salary range for this position is $84,000.00 - $156,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
