The Opportunity

In this role, you’ll be at the forefront of our talent acquisition efforts, identifying and engaging exceptional candidates who will help shape the future of sustainable energy. You’ll collaborate with HR professionals and business leaders, using data-driven insights and creative sourcing strategies to attract the best. How You’ll Make an Impact
Partner with Talent Partners and Hiring Managers to understand hiring needs.
Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract top talent.
Use market intelligence data and insights to inform sourcing decisions.
Build and maintain proactive talent pipelines for current and future roles.
Engage passive candidates through personalized outreach.
Promote *** Energy’s employer brand across sourcing channels.
Your Background
Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of sourcing experience, or 5+ years without a degree.
Authorized to work in the United States.
Extensive experience in sourcing for technical engineering and niche roles.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Experience with sourcing tools, platforms, and techniques.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment.
