About the role
Join our Personal Lines Auto Delivery team and help shape and execute pricing programs that drive USRM's profit and growth goals. You'll own rollouts for assigned states, ensure compliance with regulations, and work with stakeholders like the Director of State Operations. With a focus on project management, you'll simplify complex concepts and analyze data to support strategic decisions. If you thrive in fast-paced environments and enjoy creative problem-solving, this role is a chance to build your expertise in pricing and product ecosystems and partner across functions.
Responsibilities
Own and execute the end-to-end rollout of the latest personal auto pricing programs for assigned states.
Gather and document product requirements, communicate them clearly to stakeholders, and ensure accurate implementation.
Serve as a subject matter expert for the pricing program and assigned states, offering recommendations that inform state decisions.
Coordinate cross-functional workstreams and manage moderate-complexity projects.
Conduct analyses to support business decisions, including research on competitor offerings and filings.
Educate IT and business partners on the business plan and the impact of changes.
Manage project timelines independently, flag risks, build contingency plans, and escalate blockers as appropriate.
Provide regular progress updates to leadership and stakeholders.
Participate in job shadow discussions with less experienced analysts and provide user support and training to business groups.
You would love this job if you:
Like to understand how things work, soup to nuts.
Enjoy making a tangible impact on the state or our bottom line.
Excel at project management across teams, hand-offs, and coordination.
Can simplify complex concepts for different audiences.
Thrive in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
Enjoy developing creative solutions to recurring and unique problems.
Have strong attention to detail.
Appreciate partnering with Directors of State Operations to implement an accurate rating program.
Are a fast learner who works independently and manages time well.

Deep understanding of how rating programs are built and brought to market (data and mechanics).
Knowledge of the full product and pricing ecosystem in USRM.
Exposure to State Management, Technology, Data Science, and more.
Project and stakeholder management skills.
A foundation in product and pricing for growth into Product or other parts of USRM.

Pricing and/or product experience
Experience communicating recommendations, risks, and tradeoffs to senior leadership
Outstanding communication, collaboration, and influencing skills, including supporting peers and sharing knowledge on complex multi-state rollouts
Strong desire and capability to improve processes and work in cross-functional environments, with measurable results
