Job Description:
- Minimum 2 to 5 years of proven experience in US IT recruitment.
- Experience with full life cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing and onboarding.
- Proficient in sourcing and screening resumes from various job boards (Dice, Monster, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Skilled in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Vendor Management System (VMS).
- Strong knowledge of technical terminologies and skills relevant to IT & Non-IT roles (e.g., Cloud, AI, ERP, Java, .NET, DevOps, Cloud, SAP, etc.).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with candidates and clients.
- Solid understanding of Visas, US employment types and tax terms (C2C, W2 and 1099)
- Familiarity with time zones and work culture in the US.
- Proven track record of meeting recruitment targets and deadlines within SLA.
- Expertise in building and maintaining a talent pipeline and excel reports.
