Role: US IT Recruiter

Location: Basavanagudi,Bangalore - WFO 

Key Responsibilities

1. US IT Recruitment

Manage end-to-end US IT recruitment, including sourcing, screening, shortlisting, interview coordination, and candidate onboarding.

Source candidates through LinkedIn, Dice, Monster, job portals, referrals, and professional networks.

Understand technical requirements across Software Testing, Automation, Development, Cloud, DevOps, Data Engineering, and AI.

Screen candidates for technical skills, experience, compensation expectations, work authorization, and availability.

Understand US staffing models such as W2, C2C, and 1099.

Coordinate with clients, account managers, and candidates to ensure timely closures.

Build and maintain an active talent pipeline for current and future requirements.

2. B2C Training Counselling & Admissions

Engage prospective students through inbound enquiries, outbound calls, walk-ins, referrals, and digital leads.

Understand students' educational backgrounds, skill gaps, and career aspirations.

Counsel students on suitable IT training programs, including Software Testing, Development, AI, Cloud, and DevOps.

Explain course curriculum, training methodology, projects, assessments, fees, and available career support.

Convert enquiries into admissions through effective counselling and consistent follow-ups.

Coordinate demo sessions, batch schedules, student onboarding, and fee collections.

Achieve assigned admission and revenue targets.

3. Lead Management & Coordination

Maintain candidate and student information in recruitment and admissions CRM systems.

Track candidate submissions, interviews, placements, student enquiries, admissions, and collections.

Coordinate with recruitment, sales, training, and operations teams.

Provide daily and weekly performance reports.

Build long-term relationships with candidates, students, and customers.
