Key Requirements:
• Strong expertise in screening of resumes through Web Portals (preferably Dice and Monster), Professional and Social Networking sites.
• End-to-End recruitment experience across IT, Non-IT, and Administrative roles.
• Proven experience working on MSP/Direct clients.
• Strong expertise of VMS tools such as - VNDLY, Fieldglass, Beeline, WAND, etc..
• Ability to manage compliance, submissions, and timelines within MSP/Client frameworks.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
