Overview: We are seeking an HR Operations Advisor to support the US Workforce Reduction Program. This role focuses on managing HR data, ensuring compliance, and providing employee support throughout the program.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and audit HR data related to workforce reduction.
- Create compliance-focused reports using HR systems and tools.
- Partner with HR, Legal, Benefits, and IT teams to ensure smooth program execution.
- Support employees with queries about the WFR process.
- Contribute to system improvements and testing with IT.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 1–3 years of experience in HR, compensation, benefits, or finance.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Customer-focused mindset with attention to detail.
