Location: San Francisco, CA
Must-Have Skills & Qualifications;
- Minimum 12 years of experience in Software Testing and Quality Assurance.
- Strong understanding of the Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodologies.
- Proven experience leading a team of approximately 15 testing associates across:
- Functional Testing
- Automation Testing
- Performance Testing
- Strong hands-on testing experience with the ability to perform testing and validation activities as needed.
- Good understanding and hands-on experience with Test Management tools.
- Experience working within the banking application ecosystem; Retail Banking experience is highly preferred.
- Self-starter with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong customer and stakeholder expectation management skills.
- Proven experience as an Onsite Manager, including:
- Team Management
- Delivery Management
- Offshore Team Coordination
- Ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders across multiple geographic locations.
- Strong understanding of:
- SDLC processes
- QA processes
- Quality metrics
- Project planning methodologies
