  • Perform minor routine preventive maintenance and repairs on equipment to ensure safety, functionality, longevity, and performance.
  • Work with engineering and support teams to calibrate, diagnose, and troubleshoot technical issues involving robotic systems and equipment.
  • Help define test requirements and configure test tracks to simulate real-world operating conditions.
  • Support demonstrations to confirm systems are safe, operationally effective, and suitable for internal teams and customers.
  • Work closely with engineers, software developers, technical writers, technical trainers, and other cross-functional teams to understand system requirements.
  • Support development, calibration, testing, documentation, training, and field deployment activities.
  • Assist in developing training plans and curriculum for robotic systems.
  • Conduct vehicle- and robot-specific training for team members and customers.
  • Perform onsite system configuration, calibration, acceptance testing, and customer training.
  • Support the stabilization and deployment of new technologies at customer sites.
Essential Education, Work Experience, and Skills:
  • 5–7 years of experience working with heavy equipment across relevant industries.
  • Operations Manager experience or other strong leadership experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Robotics, Agriculture, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • OSHA 30 certification required.
  • Strong technical and mechanical troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to operate and evaluate heavy equipment safely.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with engineering, operations, software, and customer-facing teams.
Physical Requirements

  • Ability to enter and exit equipment approximately 10 times per day.
  • Ability to frequently bend, stoop, crouch, and reach while installing, testing, and inspecting equipment.
  • Ability to safely perform duties in varying weather conditions and on uneven terrain.
  • Ability to document test results using a laptop and mobile phone throughout the shift.
  • Ability to detect, identify, and respond appropriately to safety risks and environmental conditions.
