Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Senior RF Engineer to design, modify, and manage engineering activities for specific products or product groups throughout the complete product lifecycle—from product definition and planning through production, release, maintenance, and end-of-life.
The Senior RF Engineer will serve as a central technical resource, collaborating with design, process, manufacturing, testing, quality, and marketing teams as products move through development and distribution.
The role will also investigate and apply new technologies and industry trends to product development activities while ensuring that released products meet established specifications, performance requirements, and quality standards.

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Develop new products, support existing products, and improve engineering processes, particularly in RF and communications design.
- Lead RF circuit design from concept through production for low-cost wireless communication products.
- Perform complete radio transceiver design and layout, including:
- RF Power Amplifiers (PA)
- Low-Noise Amplifiers (LNA)
- RF filters and matching networks
- Synthesizers
- Voltage-Controlled Oscillators (VCOs)
- Mixers
- Conduct RF circuit measurements using laboratory equipment such as spectrum analyzers, oscilloscopes, network analyzers, and other RF test equipment.
- Verify that designs meet requirements through analysis, simulation, and measurement.
- Compare test and simulation results against theoretical expectations and document findings.
- Conduct field studies and system testing activities.
- Provide design and project support in areas including project leadership, regulatory compliance, reliability, and component selection.
- Provide technical support to manufacturing, service, and other internal departments.
- Coordinate and verify the work of support staff, including technicians and CAD designers.
- Lead projects of limited scope as required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Communications Engineering, or an equivalent discipline.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant industry experience.
- In-depth understanding of:
- Electronic circuits
- RF circuits
- Microwave theory
- Strong understanding of RF systems and wireless communication systems.
- Hands-on experience with RF design, testing, analysis, and troubleshooting.
- Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Communications Engineering, or a related field is highly preferred.
- RF certification experience.
- Experience with communication theory and digital signal processing (DSP).
- Experience with advanced modeling and simulation tools and techniques.
