JOB DESCRIPTION
We are seeking an experiencedBusiness Analyst with a strong background inMainframe technologies, Banking, Payments, and Data Analysis.
Required Skills & Experience
- 7+ years of relevant experience in Business Analysis.
- Strong Mainframe background with hands-on knowledge ofCOBOL, JCL, and DB2.
- Experience working onBanking and Payments-related projects.
- Strong data analysis experience with solidSQL skills.
- Proven interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to serve as a trusted bridge between Business Users and Technical Teams.
- Ability to clearly communicate product requirements, business value, risks, impacts, and technology implications.
- Strong prioritization and requirements-management skills.
- Experience working in anAgile environment.
- Ability to interact with Product Owners and assist with refining the Product Backlog.
- Support development teams by clarifying backlog stories and business requirements.
- Work closely with the Scrum Master in planning Agile sprints.
- Mainframe experience is highly preferred.
