Position Title: Senior SAP Cloud ALM Consultant / SAP Cloud ALM Implementation Lead
Location: New York, NY (Onsite at Client Location)

Role Summary
We are seeking an experiencedSenior SAP Cloud ALM Consultant / Implementation Lead to lead and support the end-to-end implementation, configuration, and adoption of SAP Cloud ALM for a large-scale enterprise SAP transformation program.
The consultant will work onsite at the client location and serve as the primary Subject Matter Expert (SME) for SAP Cloud ALM capabilities, including implementation, testing, monitoring, operations, and project governance.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with SAP Cloud ALM, SAP S/4HANA transformation programs, SAP Activate methodology, Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) processes, and stakeholder management across business and IT organizations.
Key Responsibilities:
1. SAP Cloud ALM Implementation & Configuration
- Lead the end-to-end implementation of SAP Cloud ALM for enterprise SAP transformation programs.
- Configure and maintain SAP Cloud ALM tenants, system landscapes, user access, and authorizations.
- Establish project governance, requirements management, task management, and deployment processes within SAP Cloud ALM.
- Define and configure project templates, workflows, milestones, and reporting structures.
- Integrate SAP Cloud ALM with SAP S/4HANA, SAP BTP, SAP SuccessFactors, SAP Ariba, SAP Integration Suite, and other SAP solutions as required.
- Serve as the onsite SAP Cloud ALM SME for client stakeholders and project teams.
- Support the adoption of SAP Activate methodology through SAP Cloud ALM implementation capabilities.
- Configure and manage requirements, user stories, project tasks, risks, issues, and change requests.
- Establish project dashboards, KPIs, status reporting, and governance processes.
- Facilitate workshops to align business and technical teams on ALM processes and best practices.
- Design and implement test management processes within SAP Cloud ALM.
- Support test preparation, execution tracking, defect management, and reporting.
- Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), Integration Testing, and Regression Testing activities.
- Develop test reporting dashboards and performance metrics for project leadership.
- Configure Business Process Monitoring, Health Monitoring, Integration Monitoring, and Job Monitoring.
- Define monitoring thresholds, alerts, and operational dashboards.
- Support the transition from project implementation to production operations.
- Assist support teams in establishing proactive monitoring and incident management processes.
- Collaborate with client executives, PMO teams, SAP architects, functional teams, SAP Basis, Security, and Integration teams.
- Provide recommendations on ALM governance, operational excellence, and SAP best practices.
- Conduct client training sessions and knowledge transfer workshops.
- Present implementation status, risks, issues, and recommendations to program leadership.
- Identify opportunities to enhance project delivery and operational efficiency using SAP Cloud ALM capabilities.
- Recommend process improvements and automation opportunities.
- Stay current with the SAP Cloud ALM roadmap, enhancements, and new functionality releases.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 8 years of SAP experience, including at least 3 years specializing in SAP Cloud ALM.
- Hands-on experience implementing SAP Cloud ALM for enterprise SAP programs.
- Experience supporting SAP S/4HANA implementations and migrations.
- Strong understanding of SAP Activate methodology.
- Experience with SAP project delivery, testing, release management, and operations.
- Excellent client-facing communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently with executive stakeholders and project leadership.
- SAP Cloud ALM implementation experience across multiple enterprise projects.
- Experience with SAP Solution Manager migration or transition to SAP Cloud ALM.
- Knowledge of SAP BTP, SAP Integration Suite, SAP SuccessFactors, SAP Ariba, and SAP Analytics Cloud.
- Experience in regulated industries such as Banking, Financial Services, Healthcare, or Utilities.
- SAP certifications related to SAP S/4HANA, SAP Activate, or SAP Cloud ALM.

- Strong consulting, facilitation, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
