Job Description
Role Summary
We are seeking an experiencedSenior .NET/SQL/Kafka Developer / .NET Core Technical Lead to lead the design, architecture, development, and delivery of scalable, high-performance enterprise applications.
The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on expertise in .NET Core, C#, SQL Server, Kafka, microservices, and cloud technologies. Experience developing applications within theBanking, Debit Card, Zelle, Payment Processing, or Financial Services domains is preferred.
Required Technical Skills:
  • .NET Development: 6+ years of strong hands-on experience with .NET Core, .NET 6+, C#, ASP.NET, and WCF frameworks.
  • Database Technologies: Strong experience with relational databases, particularly Microsoft SQL Server, and NoSQL databases.
  • API Development: Expertise in designing and developing RESTful APIs, microservices architectures, and distributed systems.
  • Messaging Systems: Hands-on experience with message-based systems, including Apache Kafka, RabbitMQ, or equivalent messaging technologies.
  • Software Architecture: Solid understanding of software design patterns, architectural principles, and scalable application design.
  • AI-Driven SDLC: Hands-on experience with AI-enabled Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) practices and specification-driven design.
  • Microsoft Azure: Experience with Azure cloud services, including Azure App Services, Azure Functions, Azure Service Bus, and related technologies.
  • Containerization: Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and container orchestration.
  • CI/CD: Experience with continuous integration and continuous deployment tools, including Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, and Jenkins.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with front-end frameworks such as React or Angular.
  • Exposure to event-driven architecture and Command Query Responsibility Segregation (CQRS) patterns.
  • Experience designing and developing high-volume, low-latency applications.
  • Familiarity with monitoring and observability tools such as Azure Application Insights and Splunk.
  • Relevant certifications in Microsoft Azure or Cloud Architecture.
Preferred Domain Experience
Experience in one or more of the following domains is highly desirable:
  • Banking and Financial Services
  • Debit Card Processing
  • Zelle Payment Systems
  • Payment Processing Platforms
  • Enterprise Financial Applications
