Job Description
About the Role
The Junior PMO / Product Analyst will support the senior program lead with overall program coordination, governance, documentation, stakeholder communication, and follow-through.
The ideal candidate should have some familiarity with Wealth Management and data-related programs.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the senior lead with program coordination and execution.
  • Track program dependencies, risks, issues, and action items.
  • Assist with governance processes, documentation, and reporting.
  • Coordinate recurring meetings and maintain meeting cadence.
  • Ensure stakeholder follow-ups and action items are completed.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to define key metrics, KPIs, and data requirements.
  • Translate complex datasets into clear, business-oriented insights and recommendations.
  • Help ensure data accuracy, consistency, and governance across platforms.
  • Conduct deep-dive analyses to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
  • Partner with data scientists, product managers, business stakeholders, and technology teams to support strategic initiatives.
Required Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience in a Data Product Owner, Product Analyst, PMO, Program Lead, or similar role.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL and analytics tools.
  • Experience within the financial services and wealth management domains.
  • Knowledge of financial data, including stock plans, cryptocurrency, and related business processes.
  • Solid understanding of data modeling, data architecture, and data governance principles.
  • Strong program coordination, organizational, and documentation skills.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills.
Preferred Skills:
  • Familiarity with analytics platforms such as Dataiku or similar tools.
  • Prior experience working with Wealth Management teams or programs.
  • Experience supporting large-scale data or technology initiatives.
