Job Summary
We are seeking an ISDA Negotiator with experience negotiating ISDA and other financial trading documents using established templates and negotiation playbooks. The ideal candidate will work with counterparties and internal stakeholders to establish contracts while ensuring compliance with bank policies and risk standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Negotiate ISDA and other financial trading documents with counterparties using established templates and negotiation playbooks.

• Engage with banks, mutual funds, pension funds, hedge funds, corporations, and insurance companies.

• Draft, review, and coordinate third-party outreach to establish contractual agreements.

• Ensure negotiated terms maintain an appropriate balance of risk in line with bank policies and standards.

• Communicate with clients and their legal representatives through emails, conference calls, and meetings.

• Collaborate with internal Credit, Legal, Risk Management, and Sales teams on document terms.

• Assist junior team members with day-to-day questions and guidance.

Required Skills

• 2+ years of experience negotiating ISDA or other financial trading documents.

• Experience working with templates, negotiation playbooks, and counterparties.

• Understanding of contract drafting, document review, and risk management.

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Ability to work with legal, credit, risk, and sales teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Law degree preferred, but not required.

• Experience in banking or financial services is beneficial
