Job Summary

Job Description

• Product Conceptualization, use cases and Proof of concept (POC) 
• Co-ordinate end-to-end implementation with IT and PM department
• Platform / application - Product - Package Development (business requirements submit to IT department, PLM (product lifecycle management) 
• Customer Journey, process, procurement and operation management
• End-to-end project management and tracking for business team
• Cross functional Management
• Create internal documents for product launch e.g. IKM, FAQ etc
• Customer Support & Handling

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s/ Master degree in Telecommunications Engineering / Computer Science Engineering or related fields.
• Work Experience: At least 5 years of experiences in business development, product development, mobile application development project management, project planning or similar roles.
• Specialized Knowledge: Experience or understanding in Telecommunications, Broadband services, or Smart Home/IoT technologies will be an advantage.
• Strong cross-functional coordination skills. Capable of conducting product training for sales teams to drive performance.
• Workplace Location – based at Cosmo Bazaar, Muang Thong Thani ( BTS Pink line),On site 5 days per week.
