Finance Intern - FP&A & Accounting

The internship

You'll join Homa's Finance team and work on the numbers that drive the company. There's no shadow work: you'll own real parts of our reporting, planning, and analysis, and your work will be used directly by leadership.

You will develop a 360° understanding of how a mobile games company makes money, from user acquisition spend to game revenue and profitability, while building your financial, analytical, and communication skills. You'll take on increasing responsibility with guidance from experienced colleagues.

• Report. Support the monthly close and prepare the reporting that leadership and investors rely on.
• Plan. Contribute to budgeting, forecasting, and cash management.
• Analyze. Dig into game-level profitability, marketing ROI, and cost structure to find where value is created or lost.
• Automate. Use AI and smart tooling to make finance processes faster and more reliable.
• Simplify. Map finance workflows, remove manual steps, and improve how data flows between teams.
• Recommend. Turn numbers into clear insights and recommendations for decision-makers.

For this role, you'll also bring

• Rigor and attention to detail. Numbers need to be right.
• Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills. SQL or Python is a plus.
• Solid knowledge of accounting and financial analysis.
• A prior internship in audit, FP&A, consulting, a startup, tech, or gaming  is a plus.
• Current studies in Business, Engineering, Strategy, Finance, or related fields.

Practical details

• A 6-month internship, with a flexible start date. We adapt to any month.
• Aconvention de stage (internship agreement) is required.
• Paris-based. You'll need to be able to work onsite at our Paris office.
• Fluent English is required. French is a plus, not a requirement.
• Top performers may be offered a full-time role at the end of the internship.
