Fuel Inventory Controller

Type of Employment:Fixed-term position, approximately 1.5 years
Location: Riga, Latvia
Visa requirements:A valid work permit from the EU/EEA(relocation assistance is not provided)

Key Responsibilities 

• Monitor and control fuel inventory accounting and reporting processes.

• Identify, analyze, and investigate discrepancies related to fuel inventories.

• Perform data analysis and support fuel volume control processes.

• Maintain documentation and accounting system records.

• Collaborate with operational departments and stakeholders.

• Perform financial controls according to procedures and audit requirements.

Key Requirements 

• Degree or final-year student status in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related field.

• Experience in financial controlling or accounting is an advantage.

• Fluent English language skills (oral and writing) to communicate with colleagues and stakeholders.

• Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills.

• Excellent analytical skills.

• Continuous improvement mindset and teamwork skills.
