SN Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role
1 Able to understand the customer's existing IT service management processes
2 Responsible for Handling P1 Critical Tickets on Production environment with ITSM Process.
3 Administering end to end RedHat Linux & AIX OS and troubleshooting the OS Issues.
4 Upgrading, Patching and Troubleshooting VERITAS Clusters
5 Handling Server Hardware Issues and OS performance tuning.
6 Responsible for managing Linux Cloud Instances and Ansible.
