In this hands-on role, you will develop games using Unity and C#, collaborating with designers, mathematicians, artists, and engineers. The position requires strong technical judgment, independent problem-solving, and a commitment to delivering exceptional games.

Responsibilities

• Develop, debug, and maintain land-based slot games using Unity and C#.
• Implement game logic, base game features, bonus mechanics, and player interactions.
• Own game functionality from implementation through integration and delivery.
• Develop and maintain object-oriented C# game services that support Unity gameplay.
• Integrate artwork, animations, audio, and other game assets.
• Build and refine game interfaces, transitions, and visual effects.
• Write clean, modular, object-oriented C# code.
• Optimize gameplay performance and responsiveness.
• Collaborate with game designers, mathematicians, artists, and engineers.
• Test, debug, and prepare game builds for QA.
• Troubleshoot gameplay issues and implement improvements.
• Deliver high-quality games within demanding development schedules.

Qualifications

• Professional casino game development experience, preferably land-based slots.
• 4+ years of recent hands-on Unity and C# development experience.
• Solid object-oriented programming and software design skills.
• Experience implementing slot game mechanics, features, and interfaces.
• Experience integrating game artwork, animations, and audio.
• Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and performance optimization skills.
• Ability to independently develop and complete substantial game functionality.
• Understanding of casino game development workflows and game math implementation.
• Strong technical judgment, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.
