JOB STATUS: Full time (40 hours), 12 months, Non-Union position
LOCATION: Redwood Falls, MN
We’re seeking aYouth Development Coordinator to lead impactful youth programs, track progress, and collaborate with partners. Bring your energy, ideas, and understanding of youth and community needs to help make a difference!
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Lead & Support:Â Recruit and work with youth, families, and volunteers.
- Stay Organized: Keep records up-to-date and track progress.
- Plan Activities: Organize fun group events while ensuring safety.
- Network: Build connections with local businesses and organizations.
- Outreach:Â Represent the program at community events.Â
- Keep Learning: Attend trainings and stay up-to-date with the latest trends.Â

• You know child development and how to connect families with resources.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
• Bachelor's degree is a plus, but 1-3 years of hands-on experience in a human service-related
  field works too!
• Bonus points if you’ve got experience working with youth, recruiting volunteers, and
  fundraising—those are key skills we love!
