Prepare special arrangements based on guest requests and hotel occasions.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the flower room, tools, and equipment.

Follow proper flower-handling, storage, health, safety, and hygiene procedures.

Minimize wastage and use floral materials efficiently.

Assist with seasonal decorations and special hotel celebrations.

Provide professional and courteous service when dealing with guests and colleagues.
