Customer Service Analyst with Italian

Responsabilities:

• Handle inbound customer calls and provide support regarding products, services, promotions, promotional codes, new product information, and other customer inquiries;

• Handle outbound calls related to promotional campaigns, new product launches, and proactive customer outreach;

• Contact retailers and distributors as part of promotional and commercial initiatives;

• Support various promotional activities and commercial initiatives through proactive communication with customers and business partners.

Requirements

• Advanced Italian (minimum B2 level) andintermediate English language skills;

• Between 1 and 3 years of relevant experience may be required for some roles;

• High school diploma (Baccalaureate);

• Customer-oriented, with the ability to handle a variety of customer situations;

• Good communication, organizational, and analytical skills;
