UKG System Analyst - Hybrid

Genesis10 is currently seeking a UKG System Analyst for a hybrid position with a Public Sector Organization located in Minneapolis, MN. This is a 12+ month contract opportunity.

Compensation: $85.00 - $90.00 per hour, W2, based on qualifications

Position Overview:
This consultant will be a key project team member for an enterprise UKG rollout effort, providing production support for the client's critical United Kronos Group (UKG) TELESTAFF and PROWFM scheduling, timekeeping, and payroll systems. This role will help implement these systems while also supporting departments and users who are already live in production. This position requires being onsite 3 days per week.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform system analysis, design, review, and approval for all proposed UKG changes
• Act as the primary Global System Administrator and contact for all UKG system changes, including business structure, user permissions, integrations, and schedule templates
• Implement, update, and support UKG integrations, including the daily sync between UKG TeleStaff and PROWFM
• Provide ongoing UKG production support, including issue resolution, troubleshooting, and enhancement requests for departments
• Monitor and report on UKG system outages and communicate status to appropriate departments
• Monitor UKG new releases/patches and identify impacts to the client
• Collaborate with finance, project teams, and other departments to design and implement UKG system solutions to address policy changes, union rules, and enhancement requests
• Perform testing of all proposed changes to ensure they do not negatively impact the production system

Primary Requirements:

• 2-5+ years of experience implementing and supporting UKG PROWFM (formerly Dimensions) and TELESTAFF scheduling and time reporting/payroll systems
• 2-5+ years of experience as a System Administrator for UKG PROWFM for scheduling, time reporting, and payroll processing
• 2-5+ years of experience as a System Administrator/Analyst for UKG TELESTAFF Scheduling
• Experience supporting UKG PROWFM and TELESTAFF for complex, union-based organizations (e.g., airports, cities, municipalities)
• Strong system analysis and design skills
• Strong system documentation skills (requirements, current and future state, etc.)
• Strong collaboration and facilitation skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Desired Skills:

• Prior experience as a JD Edwards E1 Business/System Analyst
