Job Summary

We are seeking an experiencedUKG Kronos / UKG Dimensions Consultant to provide functional expertise, solution design, configuration, and application support for workforce management solutions. The consultant will work closely with business users and global IT teams to understand business requirements, implement functional enhancements, and support ongoing system operations.

Knowledge of SAP HCM Time Management and SAP integration is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide functional expertise and guidance on UKG Dimensions Pro Workforce Management (WFM).

• Design, configure, test, and implement workforce management solutions, enhancements, and system changes.

• Perform functional testing and recommend industry best practices.

• Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into user stories with acceptance criteria.

• Document and interpret functional and technical specifications.

• Troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues.

• Participate in Tier 3 application support, incident management, upgrades, and patch deployments.

• Assess the impact of new requirements on existing applications and integrations.

• Estimate development and configuration efforts for proposed changes.

• Lead product demonstrations, requirements-gathering sessions, and stakeholder workshops.

• Follow established development, deployment, testing, and quality standards.

• Collaborate with global teams and business stakeholders to deliver solutions effectively.

• Support SAP HCM Time Management integration and related functional requirements, where applicable.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, MIS, or a related field.

• Minimum3+ years of hands-on experience with SAP Kronos Workforce Central and UKG Dimensions Pro.

• Strong understanding of legacy Kronos Workforce Central and the newer UKG Dimensions WFM platform.

• Experience in functional configuration, solution design, testing, and application support.

• Ability to gather requirements and convert business needs into functional specifications.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

• Experience working in a global IT organization and collaborating with geographically distributed teams.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining high-quality deliverables.

• Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of SAP HCM Time Management.

• Experience integrating UKG Kronos / UKG Dimensions with SAP systems.

• Familiarity with workforce management processes and enterprise HR applications.

• Experience supporting application upgrades, patches, and production incidents.

• Experience working with global business users and cross-functional teams.
