Qualifications::
- Bachelor's degree or related diploma.
Associate
- 0-2 years of relevant experience in Insurance.
Sr Associate
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Insurance, Policy Administration, and Underwriting Support.
Knowledge and Experience
- Renewal & Quotation Support.
- Policy Administration & Processing.
- Accounts & Compliance.
- Communication & Workflow Management.
- Professional Development: Take ownership of continual professional development and enhance knowledge of insurance products and industry practices.
- Prior experience in UK commercial insurance broking, policy administration, or underwriting support preferred.
- Proficiency in Acuris (or similar broking platforms) and Microsoft Office preferred.
- Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational abilities, and effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Understanding of UK insurance products, FCA regulatory requirements, and broking procedures preferred.
Profile and Skills
- Detail-oriented and well-organized.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Customer-focused with a professional approach.
- Prior experience in a corporate insurance environment.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Strong understanding of insurance terminology, processes, and documentation.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools and digital claims processing systems.
