We are looking for an experiencedPower Platform Developer to design, develop and support scalable business solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform. The successful candidate will have strong hands-on experience across Power Apps, Power Automate and Dataverse, combined with good knowledge of ALM, Azure DevOps, integrations, security and governance.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain solutions usingMicrosoft Power Apps, Power Automate and Dataverse.
• Design Power Platform solutions that arescalable, secure and maintainable.
• Develop and support integrations between Power Platform and the wider Microsoft ecosystem, includingAzure, Microsoft 365 and Entra ID.
• Design and work withAPIs and integration services to support data exchange between systems.
• Manage the Power Platform application lifecycle across development, test and production environments.
• Support thecode and release lifecycle through Azure DevOps pipelines and Git source control.
• Perform testing, troubleshooting and deployment of Power Platform solutions.
• Apply appropriatesecurity and governance practices throughout the solution lifecycle.
• Work with business and technical stakeholders to translate requirements into effective technical solutions.
• Contribute to technical reviews, documentation and continuous improvement of development practices.

Essential Experience

• Strong hands-on experience withMicrosoft Power Apps.
• Strong experience withPower Automate.
• Strong working knowledge ofMicrosoft Dataverse.
• Experience designing scalable and maintainablePower Platform solutions.
• Strong understanding ofPower Platform Application Lifecycle Management (ALM).
• Experience withAzure DevOps and CI/CD/release pipelines.
• Experience usingGit source control.
• Experience withAPIs and system integrations.
• Knowledge of the wider Microsoft ecosystem, includingAzure, Microsoft 365 and Entra ID.
• Experience withtesting, deployment, security and governance within Power Platform environments.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Fluent English communication skills.

Advantageous Experience

• Development ofCustom Connectors.
• Dataverse/Dynamics plugins and C# development.
• JavaScript or TypeScript, particularly in relation to model-driven applications.
• SQL Server, including database design and implementation.
• T-SQL queries and stored procedures.
• Experience with AI coding assistants such asGitHub Copilot, Claude Code or similar tools.
