Votre mission, si vous l'acceptez : 

Une offre de stage intitulée «Conduite du changement et transformation digitale (F/H)» vient de s'ouvrir au sein de AIRBUS Defence and Space sur son site de Toulouse-Palays. Vous rejoindrez le département Qualité en charge du système de gestion d'entreprise (BMS - Business Management System).

Votre stage consistera à contribuer à la conception et déploiement de campagnes de sensibilisation et à analyser les retours des utilisateurs, afin de favoriser l'adoption des outils de gestion d’entreprise et d'identifier des opportunités d'amélioration pour optimiser leur usage.

Ce stage, d'une durée de 6 mois, débutera idéalement en Janvier 2027 (cette période est indicative et pourra être ajustée). 

Ce stage nécessite une habilitation de sécurité ou nécessite d'être éligible à une habilitation par les autorités reconnues. 

Tâches et responsabilités : 

Vos principales missions consisteront à : 

• Analyser les possibilités offertes par les systèmes d'entreprise en détaillant les contraintes et les limites
• Participer à la transformation digitale du système de gestion d'entreprise en étant force de proposition
• Concevoir et déployer des supports de sensibilisation (newsletters, guides utilisateurs, présentations, contenus pour le Hub/communauté) afin de promouvoir l'usage des outils internes.
• Animer la communication interne liée au(x) projet(s) en créant des contenus engageants pour accompagner les collaborateurs dans leur transition.
• Réaliser des diagnostics de terrain en allant à la rencontre des utilisateurs pour comprendre leurs usages, leurs difficultés et recueillir leurs feedbacks.
• Identifier et proposer des axes d'amélioration pour les outils et les processus du système de gestion d’entreprise en transformant les retours utilisateurs en recommandations concrètes.
• Mesurer l'adhésion au système de gestion d’entreprise via des indicateurs de suivi

Votre tuteur ou tutrice vous accompagnera tout au long de votre stage, vous aidant à développer vos compétences et à atteindre vos objectifs professionnels. 

Ce stage vous permettra notamment de développer les compétences suivantes : 

• Maîtrise des méthodologies de conduite du changement (accompagnement des utilisateurs et gestion de la transition).
• Expertise en communication interne et création de contenus (storytelling, design de supports, animation de communauté).
• Capacité d'analyse et de synthèse (transformer des besoins utilisateurs en propositions d'amélioration produit/process).

Votre carte d’embarquement pour cette aventure :

Vous préparez actuellement un diplôme de niveau Bac 4/5 (ou équivalent) en École de Commerce, Communication, Management de projet, Système d'Information ou un domaine équivalent ? Vous possédez les compétences suivantes : 

• Compétences techniques : 
  • Maîtrise des outils de création de contenu et de bureautique (Suite Google, Qlik Sense, Klaxoon).
  • Connaissance en gestion de projet.
  • Capacité d’organisation et d’autonomie
  • Capacité à communiquer efficacement à l’oral et à l’écrit
  • Curieux(se) d’approfondir ses connaissances du secteur IT et aérospatial
• Soft Skills :
  • Excellente communication orale et écrite (capacité à adapter son discours à différents interlocuteurs).
  • Empathie et sens de l'écoute (pour comprendre réellement les besoins des utilisateurs mais aussi les contraintes métier).
  • Autonomie et proactivité (capacité à s'organiser et à être force de proposition pour faire avancer les sujets).
• Compétences linguistiques attendues : 
  • Anglais: avancé obligatoire (environnement international)
  • Optionnel Français, allemand ou espagnol

Your mission: 

An internship opportunity titled : «Digital Workplace Experience & Engagement (m/f) » has just opened at AIRBUS Defence and Space located in, Toulouse-Palays. You will join the Quality department in charge of the Business Management System (BMS).

Your internship will consist of aYour internship will involve contributing to the design and deployment of awareness campaigns and analyzing user feedback to drive the adoption of business management tools and identify improvement opportunities to optimize their use.

This is a 6 month internship and it should start in January 2027  (date subject to flexibility). 

This position requires a security clearance or requires to be eligible for clearance by recognized authorities. 

Main tasks and activities: 

Your main missions will consist of: 

• Analyzing the capabilities of the Business Management System (BMS) by detailing constraints and limitations.
• Participating in the digital transformation of the BMS by proactively proposing solutions.
• Designing and deploying awareness materials (newsletters, user guides, presentations, Hub/community content) to promote the use of internal tools.
• Managing internal communication related to the project(s) by creating engaging content to support employees through their transition.
• Conducting field diagnostics by meeting with users to understand their usage, difficulties, and to collect feedback.
• Identifying and proposing areas for improvement for business management tools and processes by turning user feedback into concrete recommendations.
• Measuring adoption of the business management system through tracking indicators (KPIs).
  

Your tutor will support you identify your professional objectives and develop your skills 

This internship will allow you to develop the following skills: 

• Change management: Proficiency in change management methodologies (user support and transition management).
• Internal communication & content creation: Expertise in internal communication and content creation (storytelling, asset design, and community management).
• Analytical & synthesis skills: Strong ability to analyze and synthesize information (translating user needs into product or process improvement proposals).

Your Boarding Pass: 

You are preparing a diploma level Bac+4/5 (or equivalent) in Business, Communication, Project Management, Quality, and you will develop the following competences: 

• Technical skills
  • Proficiency in content creation and office productivity tools (Google Workspace, Qlik Sense, Klaxoon).
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Eagerness to deepen knowledge within the IT and Aerospace sectors.
• Soft Skills:
  • Excellent communication: Ability to adapt communication styles to various stakeholders.
  • Empathy & active listening: Ability to truly understand user needs as well as business constraints.
  • Autonomy & proactivity: Ability to self-organize and take initiative to drive projects forward.
• Language skills: 
  • English: Advanced level required (international environment).
  • Optional: French, German, or Spanish.
