Position: UI/ UX Developer
Location: REMOTE (but need onsite presence if required in Charlottesville, VA)
Duration: Full Time role
Client: DIA

Need Minimum TS Clearance

Duties and responsibilities
  • Designs and implements visually appealing, functional UIs.
  • Illustrates UI design using storyboards, process flows, and sitemaps.
  • Validates UI/UX requirements with users.
  • Recommends front-end development frameworks.
  • Troubleshoots UX issues.
  • Implements Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) and Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act.
Minimum qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or a related technical field.
  • 3+ years of front-end development experience, with proficiency in modern JavaScript frameworks likeAngular and React, plusHTML, CSS, and XML.
  • 3+ years of UI/UX design and development experience on anAgile team, showing an understanding of UX principles, patterns, and practices.
  • Proficiency with design tools likeAdobe Creative Suite.
  • Experience usingDesign Thinking or Human-Centered Design processes.
  • Experience translating customer requirements into modern, dynamic, engaging, responsive web interfaces.
  • UI/UX professional certificate. (Preferred not required)
