Introduction

We are seeking a talented individual to join our team in the travel and transportation industry, focusing on defining and documenting UX technical specifications. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between design and development, ensuring a seamless user experience.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience in defining and documenting UX technical specifications.
• Ability to translate UX/UI designs, wireframes, prototypes, and user journeys into clear technical specifications.
• Strong collaboration skills with UX/UI designers, developers, architects, and business stakeholders.
• Experience in identifying technical constraints and dependencies affecting user experience.
• Prior work experience at a client or in the client's industry.
• Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• Experience working with enterprise-scale digital applications.
• Experience translating UX designs into developer-ready technical documentation.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Define and document UX technical specifications based on business and user experience requirements.
• Document UI behavior, user interactions, workflows, and functional requirements for development teams.
• Provide clarification and guidance to development teams during implementation.
• Review implemented solutions to ensure they align with approved UX technical specifications.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of UX documentation, standards, and development practices.
