Your Role

• You’ll build a UGC content machine at fonio.ai

• Not influencer marketing in the classic sense.
  Instead: systematic, scalable, data-driven creator management.

• You:

  • Recruit hundreds of micro- & nano-creators

  • Develop scripts, hooks & frameworks

  • Manage deadlines, quality & output

  • Analyze performance data and iterate constantly

  • Have an eye for what works

  • Organize payouts & operational workflows

  • Build processes & tools for creator tracking

What to expect:

• Massive scale: We don’t think in 10 videos per month. We think in 400+ per week.

• Full ownership: You’ll build this channel from 0 to 1, and then from 1 to 100.

• Budget & speed: When something works, we scale it immediately.

• Direct impact on revenue: At fonio.ai, content is a clearly measurable growth channel.

• Fast-paced environment: No long decision chains. No politics. Just output.

What You Bring

• Experience in UGC, TikTok, or Reels marketing

• Strong understanding of viral hooks & storytelling

• A great feel for creator dynamics

• Exceptional organizational skills

• Data-driven thinking (views, retention, hook rate, watch time)

• High ownership & speed

• Native-level German

• Speak English at a business level

Bonus:

• Experience with creator-scaling models

• Experience in B2B or SaaS

• Experience with affiliate/performance structures
