Key ResponsibilitiesĀ
- Preventive & Reactive Maintenance:Ā Developing schedules to prevent failures and quickly fixing machinery when breakdowns occur.
- Troubleshooting:Ā Diagnosing equipment failures usingĀ specific technical tools.
- Plan Development:Ā Creating maintenance strategies, updating procedures, and managing equipment upgrades.
- Resource Management:Ā Ordering spare parts, controlling maintenance budgets, and managing contractor work.
- Safety & Compliance:Ā Ensuring all equipment meets safety regulations and operational standards.
- Team Leadership:Ā Coordinating, training, and supervising technicians or operators in utilizing equipment.Ā
