Job Description: Responsible for supporting and managing the UC4 (Automic) automation platform. Key responsibilities include workflow development and maintenance, troubleshooting issues, handling file transfers and SFTP, and providing user support through Slack. Acts as the primary point of contact for automation-related queries. Additionally, supports platform stability by performing basic recovery activities, restarting services, validating system health, and coordinating with internal and vendor teams as required. Also assists in run-the-business activities such as system failovers to ensure high availability.
