What You’ll Bring

• 3-5 years of automotive technician experience with strong diagnostic and repair skills
• Ability to perform maintenance, engine, brake, and suspension repairs independently; HVAC experience preferred
• ASE certification required (Master Technician preferred) and manufacturer certifications in core repair areas
• Proven track record of exceeding productivity goals while maintaining quality workmanship
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record; high school diploma or equivalent required

What You'll Do:

• Diagnose and repair vehicle concerns while performing work efficiently and accurately to Lithia and manufacturer standards
• Complete repairs safely, road-test vehicles, and ensure all work meets quality standards before delivery
• Document diagnostics, repairs, and labor time accurately while maintaining proper use of tools and equipment
• Maintain a clean, organized work environment and ensure vehicles are returned in excellent condition
• Complete required training, stay current on technical updates, and follow all dealership safety and professionalism standards
