Key Responsibilities

• We are seeking an experiencedUAT Test Lead / Program Manager to lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for enterprise HR Transformation initiatives, including the E360 program.
• The ideal candidate will have experience managing UAT planning, execution, defect tracking, and business sign-off while coordinating with HR, Technology, Data, and business stakeholders.
• Strong expertise in Agile delivery, project governance, stakeholder management, and executive reporting is required.
• Experience with HR platforms such as Workday, SuccessFactors, or Oracle HCM is preferred.
