ResponsibilitiesÂ
- The T&E and P-Card Administratoris responsible for the day-to-day administration, and support of the company’s Travel & Expense (T&E) and Procurement Card (P-card) programs, along with Concur system setup and ongoing maintenance.Â
- Manage cardholder setup, maintenance, changes, suspensions, and terminations.Â
- Serve as the main point of contact for employees, managers, and internal stakeholders on T&E and P-card matters.Â
- Maintain card program documentation, procedures, and internal controls.Â
- Identifies inconsistencies in daily data interface, corrects the inconsistency or escalates the problem to the next level, and have a continuous follow up on issuesÂ
- Handle and respond to Flowserve internal traveler and other employee requests and inquires according to the Flowserve SLAsÂ
- Being the first escalation point for Card owners Â
- Keeping contact with card provider  Â
- Handle urgent, critical casesÂ
- Support the month end close activities and have a basic understanding of the processÂ
- Assure accuracy of ledger account coding through rigorous training, follow-up and understanding of the available information necessary to ensure complete and accurate processing.Â
- Maintain a functional and healthy relationship with Flowserve employees to assure a healthy service level.  Â
- On the job training for new joiners on associate-level tasksÂ
- Ensure compliance with Flowserve policies, US Generally Accepted Accounting Principles as defined by Flowserve (GAAP), Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) and local statutory laws and regulations and that business is conducted within Flowserve ethical code of business conduct.  Â
- Perform other ad-hoc tasks defined by the direct leader or aboveÂ
- Train and mentor other team membersÂ
- Ensure Desktop Procedure Documentation is up to dateÂ
- Provide training to Associate and Staff AccountantsÂ
- Participate in projects as requiredÂ
- Lead or participate projects as requiredÂ
- Lead calls and meetingsÂ
- Have an overview on and report daily tasks, issues, priorities to the supervisorÂ
- Perform other ad-hoc tasks defined by the direct leader or aboveÂ

Qualifications:Â
- 3+ years’ work experience preferably in multi-national company accounting or auditing platformÂ
- Have completed Bachelor’s degree in Economics/Finance/Accounting Â
- Have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Any additional languages would be a plus but not essential. Â
- Higher user-level Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word and PowerPoint knowledgeÂ
- Strong knowledge of Concur/ERP systems (such as Oracle, SAP)Â Â
- Ability to manage sensitive and confidential informationÂ
- Ability to establish and maintain effective work relationships with stakeholdersÂ
- Have strong analytical, research and problem-solving skillsÂ
- Keen attention to detailsÂ
- Proactively recognizes process gaps and drive process changesÂ
- Continuous improvement mindset (LEAN Six Sigma is an advantage)Â
