Technical Delivery Manager

We are looking for an experiencedDelivery Manager to join EPAM and lead large-scale, business-critical engagements.

This role is for a strong delivery professional who can balance customer needs, team leadership, and predictable execution. You will work with enterprise clients, manage cross-functional teams, and take ownership of end-to-end delivery — from resource planning and technical execution to overall performance and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end delivery of complex software programs across multiple teams
• Ensure predictable delivery in terms of scope, timeline, quality, and budget
• Establish and maintain delivery governance, metrics, KPIs, and reporting
• Proactively identify and manage risks, issues, and dependencies
• Serve as the main point of contact for delivery-related matters
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with client stakeholders
• Manage expectations and escalations in a professional and structured way
• Align technical delivery with business objectives
• Lead and develop distributed, cross-functional teams
• Drive engagement, performance, and continuous improvement
• Support and mentor team leads and technical leaders
• Foster a culture of collaboration, transparency, and accountability
• Manage delivery financials: forecasting, margins, and utilization
• Ensure cost control and efficient resource planning

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Delivery Manager / Program Manager
• Solid technical background and strong understanding of the software development lifecycle
• Experience managing large distributed teams and complex programs
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Understanding of project financials (P&L, margins, forecasting)
• Ability to work independently and take full ownership
• Advanced proficiency in English (B2+/C1)

Nice to have

• Experience driving fixed price projects
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)
• Experience in building and operation in AI SDLC framework: Agentic workflows, autonomous agents, AI Modernization, etc.
